Lords debates third party election campaigning

Members of the Lords, including a former official reviewer of trade union legislation, and the Liberal Democrat spokesperson for constitutional and political reform, debated the impact on third party campaigning of Part II of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014, in the House of Lords on Thursday 13 September.
