This week MPs took part in another series of indicative votes, before taking control of the order paper to fast-track a Private Member's Bill through its Commons stages.
Legislation: Government Bills
Mental Capacity (Amendment) Bill [Lords]
On Tuesday 2 April, MPs considered further amendments made to the Bill by the House of Lords.
The House of Commons disagreed with Lords Amendment No. 25A proposed to Commons Amendment No. 25 but proposed Amendments (a) and (b) to Commons Amendment No. 25 in lieu of the Lords Amendment.
The Bill has now returned to the Lords for further consideration.
Legislation: Private Members' Bills
European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 5) Bill
MPs took control of Wednesday's Order Paper on Monday securing time for debate of a Business of the House Motion on Wednesday 3 April, the approval of which 312-311 enabled all the Commons Stages of Yvette Cooper's European Union (Withdrawal) (No. 5) Bill to take place on one day.
The Bill passed by just one vote and is currently being scrutinised in the House of Lords.
Ten Minute Rule Motions
Two Private Members Bills were introduced to the House following Ten Minute Rule Motions this week:
Statutory Instruments (SIs)
On Tuesday 2 April, MPs debated a draft affirmative SI revoking geo-blocking regulations in the event of a no-deal Brexit divisions. Other SIs scheduled for consideration in the Chamber on Monday evening were not moved.
Indicative Votes - Round Two
On Wednesday 27 March the Commons were unable to find a majority in the first set of indicative votes, but passed a Business of the House motion which enabled a second round of votes on Monday 1 April 2019.
Again none of the four options selected by the Speaker received majority support.

E-petitions debates
On Monday, in the Westminster Hall Chamber, MPs debated three e-petitions on leaving the European Union, including the Revoke Article 50 petition which has attracted more than 6million signatures.
Backbench business debates
On Thursday 2 April, in the Commons Chamber, MPs started a debate on the 2019 Loan Charge, but were adjourned due to a leak in the Commons Chamber.
