Lords debates workplace opportunities for young people

On Thursday 4 July, members of the House of Lords debated the Apprenticeship Levy and the case for the effective delivery of workplace opportunities for young people.
Members taking part included the chair of the Higher Education Commission and a former spokesperson for business, innovation and skills.
