The Parliamentary Buildings (Restoration and Renewal) Bill and date 2017-19
Summary of the Bill
The Palace of Westminster urgently needs major renovations to preserve its landmark buildings and remain a fit-for-purpose home for the UK Parliament. This Bill establishes the statutory bodies responsible for this work and also the governance structure within which these bodies will operate.
