Members discussed the creation of river authorities, flood risk management and government funding.

Rivers Authorities and Land Drainage Bill summary
This bill aims to:
- provide the government with new powers to establish 'river authorities'
- address current obstacles to raising expenses of new, or the expansion of existing, internal drainage boards under the Land Drainage Act 1991
