Lords debates political unrest in Hong Kong

On Thursday 24 October, members of the House of Lords, including a former shadow spokesperson for foreign and commonwealth affairs, debated the recent political unrest in Hong Kong, and calls to offer residents of Hong Kong citizenship in another country.
