Lords debates Queen's Speech 2019

The Queen's Speech sets out the government's agenda. Members debated the content over five days, looking at different subject areas, from Tuesday 15 October to Tuesday 22 October.
Monday 14 October - formal thanks in reply to the Queen's Speech
When the Queen leaves, a new parliamentary session starts and the House of Lords gets back to work to debate content of the speech. Members agree an ‘Address in Reply to Her Majesty's Gracious Speech'.
Tuesday 15 October
