Want to work in Parliament? Recruitment fair on 23 January

Job hunters of all ages and backgrounds are invited to Parliament's Annual Recruitment Fair on 23 January 2020, held in the historic Westminster Hall.

The event will be an opportunity to discover what it is like to work in the House of Commons, the House of Lords and the Parliamentary Digital Service and to hear from the diverse staff across the whole community.

Staff will be on hand to talk about their roles, journeys and insights, offering advice on how you can join this unique place of work. There will also be a series of seminars available on a first-come, first-served basis, to discover more about how people's careers have developed since joining Parliament.

There will be an opportunity to learn about the hundreds of roles available, including Hospitality, Parliamentary Procedure, Research, Customer Service, Security, Maintenance, Visitor Services, Education, Finance, Information Technology and Human Resources.

Attendees will also be able to meet representatives from Parliament's award-wining Workplace Equality Networks, which represent the LGBTQ , Disabled and other diverse communities.
