This week in the House of Commons, MPs asked about quarantine arrangements, the easing of lockdown restrictions, furlough for the self-employed and more in PMQs. There were also statements made about the UK response to the Hong Kong National Security Legislation, and health measures on the UK border. The House also returned to fully physical proceedings in the House.
Prime Minister's Questions
During Prime Minister's Questions, MPs expressed "shock and anger at the death of george floyd", and questioned the prime minister about quarantine arrangements, the easing of lockdown restrictions, furlough for the self-employed, and more.

This week there were three statements and three urgent questions.

Urgent questions
- Ministers questioned on the impact of coronavirus on the aviation industry.
- Urgent question on abortion regulations for Northern Ireland.
- Ministers asked about delays to payment scheme for victims of the Troubles.
Voting procedures in the House of Commons
On 21 April MPs voted to introduce a hybrid system, allowing them to participate in the Chamber either in person or remotely, and also allowing them to cast their votes remotely. On 2 June, MPs voted on the proceedings during the pandemic motion.

Bills
MPs debated the Parliamentary Constituencies Bill at second reading. The Bill is now being considered by the Public Bill Committee.
