We’ve put together a list of highlights to keep you on top of the legislation, debates and questions you need to know about.

Below is the business of the House for this week – all business is subject to change.

Monday

The House will sit from 2.30pm on Monday.

There will be questions to Ministers from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

The main business will be the second reading of the Covert Human Intelligence Sources (Criminal Conduct) Bill.

Home Secretary, Matt Hancock MP will make a statement on a Covid-19 update.

Kevan Jones MP will ask an urgent question on the 44 Post Office prosecutions overturned by the CCRC.

Tuesday

Tuesday’s highlights include questions to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care.

This will be a followed by a Ten Minute Rule Motion on Marriage and Civil Partnership (Minimum age).

The main business will be on the consideration of the Lord's amendments for the Prisoners (Disclosure of Information About Victims) Bill.

MPs will also the debate the remaining stages of the Private International Law (Implementation of Agreements) Bill.

Anneliese Dodds MP will ask an urgent question on economic support in areas subject to additional public health restrictions.

 

Wednesday

On Wednesday, business includes Prime Minister's Questions and questions to the Secretary of State for Scotland.

This will be a followed by a Ten Minute Rule Motion on Conveyancing Standards.

MPs will debate the second reading of the Pension Schemes Bill [Lords].

Thursday

On Thursday there will be questions to the Secretary of State for International Trade.

The main business will be a backbench business debate on Planning reform and house building targets in relation to the White Paper.

This will be followed by a backbench business debate on Spending of the Department for Digital, Culture and Media and Sport on support
measures for the DCMS sectors during and after the covid-19 pandemic.

Friday

The House will not sit on Friday.
