Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme 18 month review

The 18 month review of the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme started last week.
As well as from the current parliamentary community, the independent reviewer, Alison Stanley CBE FCIPD, would like to hear the views of those who were formally part of the community and have experience of using the Scheme.
All feedback to Alison is confidential and anonymised. If you would like to share your experiences, thoughts or concerns on using the ICGS, please email ICGSeighteenmonthreview@parliament.uk.
The terms of reference for the review can be found here. The reviewer is looking at the operation and effectiveness of the Scheme and not at individual cases, past or present.
