Monday 19 April

The House will sit from 2.30pm on Monday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government.

There will be two Ministerial statements on:

1. Secretary of State for Health and Social Care: Covid-19 Update 
2. Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport: European Football Proposal 

The main business will be the consideration of the Finance Bill in a Committee of the Whole House (Day 1).

Tuesday 20 April

MPs will meet from 11.30am on Tuesday. MPs will start proceedings with questions to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs.

There will be the following urgent question:

1. Tobias Ellwood - To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he will make a statement on Afghanistan. 

And the following Ministerial statement:

1. Minister for Equalities, Kemi Badenoch - Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities

The main business will be the consideration of the Finance Bill in a Committee of the Whole House (Day 2).

Wednesday 21 April

Proceedings will begin from 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland.

Prime Minister’s Questions will take place at 12 noon. 

The main business will be a motion to approve a Statutory Instrument relating to counter-terrorism.

MPs will then consider Lords amendments to the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Bill.

MPs will also debate the sixth report from the Committee on Standards relating to Confidentiality in the House's standard's system, and the seventh report from the Committee on Standards relating to the Sanctions in respect of the conduct of Members.

Thursday 22 April

The House will sit from 9.30am on Thursday. MPs will ask questions to the Chancellor of the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.

This will be followed by questions to Church Commissioners, House of Commons Commission, Parliamentary Works Sponsor Body, Public Accounts Commission and Speaker’s Committee on the Electoral Commission.

Business Questions to the Leader of the House will follow.

There will also be the following Ministerial statement:

1. Secretary of State for Defence: Commonwealth War Graves Commission - Special Committee Report on Historical Inequalities 

The main business will be two Backbench business debates on:

• Eighth Report of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee, Government transparency and accountability during Covid-19: The data underpinning decisions, HC 80.
• Mass human rights abuses and crimes against humanity in Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region.
