Lords debates UK-Turkey free trade agreement

The House of Lords debated the free trade agreement between the UK and the Republic of Turkey on Tuesday 27 April.
Speakers included the President of the Initiative for Free Trade and the Prime Minister's Trade Envoy to Turkey.
This was a general debate. During debates, members put their experience to good use to discuss current issues and draw the government's attention to concerns.
Lord Purvis of Tweed (Liberal Democrat), Liberal Democrat spokesperson for international trade, put forward the debate.
