Monday 12 July
The House will sit from 2.30pm on Monday, starting with questions to Home Office ministers.
There will be the following Ministerial statement:
- Sajid Javid – Covid-19 update
Main business will begin with the second reading of the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill.

Tuesday 13 July
The House will sit from 11.30am on Tuesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Sajid Javid.
Main business will begin with the remaining stages of the Armed Forces Bill.
MPs will also consider:
- The draft Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2021.
- A motion to approve a Statutory Instrument relating to terrorism.
- Standing Orders relating to English Votes for English Laws (EVEL).
- A motion on the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority (IPSA).

Wednesday 14 July
The House will sit from 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the President of COP26, Alok Sharma.
Prime Minister’s Questions will take place at 12 noon.
There will be the following ministerial statements:
- Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Brandon Lewis - Addressing the Legacy of Northern Ireland’s Past
- Secretary of State for Transport, Grant Shapps - Transport Decarbonisation
There will also be the following urgent questions:
- Nick Thomas-Symonds - To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department if she will make a statement on the prevalence of racist abuse on social media.
Main business will begin with the second reading of the Health and Care Bill.

Thursday 15 July
The House will sit from 9.30am on Thursday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for International Trade, Liz Truss.
Business questions to the Leader of the House will follow.
There will be the following urgent question:
- Geoffrey Clifton-Brown - To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy if he will make a statement on the sale of the Newport Wafer Fab semiconductors plant in Duffryn, Newport, to the Chinese-owned firm Nexperia.
Main business will begin with Backbench Business debates on:
- Northern Ireland Protocol
- Beijing Winter Olympics and Chinese Government sanctions
