Monday 22 March
The House will sit from 2.30pm on Monday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for the Home Office.
There will be two ministerial statements:
- Foreign Secretary, Dominic Raab MP - Human Rights Update
- Defence Secretary, Mr Ben Wallace MP - Integrated Review: Defence Command Paper
MPs will then consider two Lords messages on:
- the Trade Bill and
- the Fire Safety Bill.
Followed by consideration of Lords amendments to the Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Bill.
MPs will then debate the remaining stages of the Air Traffic Management and Unmanned Aircraft Bill [Lords].
Tuesday 23 March
MPs will meet from 11.30am on Tuesday. MPs will start proceedings with questions to the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
Minister for Defence Procurement, Jeremy Quin MP, will make a statement on the Future Defence and Security Industrial Strategy.
MPs will debate the second reading of the Advanced Research and Invention Agency Bill.
Wednesday 24 March
Proceedings will begin from 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the Minister for Women and Equalities.
Prime Minister’s Questions will take place at 12 noon.
There will be two statements from the:
- Minister for Immigration Compliance and Justice, Chris Philp MP - New Plan for Immigration
- Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Robert Jenrick MP - Liverpool City Council
There will be two Backbench business debates on:
- online anonymity and anonymous abuse.
- support for the hospitality industry throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.
Thursday 25 March
The House will sit from 9.30am on Thursday. MPs will ask questions to the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office.
There will be two urgent questions from:
- Lucy Powell MP, Shadow Minister (Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy) - "To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy if he will make a statement on the future of UK steel production following Greensill Capital’s recent insolvency."
- Carla Lockhart MP - "To ask the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the provision of abortion in Northern Ireland."
Friday 26 March
The House will be in recess.
