Urgent question repeats

A chance for Lords to question government on its answer to an urgent question in the Commons.

Two urgent question repeats took place from 1pm. Topics covered:

  1. The government’s publication of contracts during the Covid-19 pandemic
  2. Planned reforms to Hong Kong’s electoral system by the Chinese National People’s Congress.

Legislation

At 1.30pm, members made amendments (third reading) to the Counter-Terrorism and Sentencing Bill, and line by line check (committee stage) of the Overseas Operations (Service Personnel and Veterans) Bill continued.

Debates
