The House of Lords debated developing a land framework strategy which integrates decision-making and processes and promotes multifunctionality of land use, on Thursday 28 October.

Land use framework
Members debated the case for integrating the planning system with other infrastructure, landscape and argicultural land processes, under an overarching land use framework.
