Lords debates growth of autocratic regimes

The House of Lords debated the impact on global democratic norms and values from autocrats, kleptocrats and populists and the case for a coordinated response by the UK and her allies, on Thursday 3 February.

Debate

Lord Browne of Ladyton (Labour), board member and vice-chair, Nuclear Threat Initiative, Washington DC and former Secretary of State for Defence, put forward the debate.
