Here is a roundup of what’s coming up in the House of Commons Chamber.

Monday 18 July 

The House will sit from 2.30pm on Monday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Defence, Ben Wallace. 

The main business will be a consideration of a motion of confidence in her Majesty’s Government.

Tuesday 19 July 

The House will sit at 11.30am on Tuesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, Steve Barclay. 

The main business will be consideration in Committee of the Northern Ireland Protocol Bill (Day 2).

Wednesday 20 July 

The House will sit at 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the COP26 President, Alok Sharma.

Thursday 21 July 

Proceedings will start at 9.30am on Thursday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for International Trade, Anne-Marie Trevelyan. 

The main business will be two Backbench Business debates:

  • The Sir David Amess Summer Adjournment Debate
