Lords debates multi-academy trusts

On Thursday 31 March members of the House of Lords debated the growth of multi academy trusts (MATs) in the school system, and the ways in which strong MATs can demonstrate their impact on the education of young people.

Lord Lingfield (Conservative), chairman of the Institute for Further Education, opened the debate.
