Members of the House of Lords debated the UK's contribution to international development, particularly in relation to the impact of climate change on developing nations, on Thursday 11 January.

Baroness Northover (Liberal Democrat), former council member of the Overseas Development Institute, put forward the debate.  

This was a general debate. During debates, members put their experience to good use to discuss current issues and draw the government's attention to concerns.
