Prime Minister Rishi Sunak adresses MPs in the House of Commons Chamber

Here is an overview of debates scheduled in the Commons Chamber over the coming week. Please note, this business was announced in the Commons Chamber by the Leader of the House of Commons, Penny Mordaunt MP, on Thursday 26 January. It is possible that changes will be made to the schedule of business throughout the week. This page will be updated should changes be made.

Monday 30 January 

The House will sit at 2.30pm, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Defence, Ben Wallace. 

The main business will be Committee of the whole House and remaining stages of the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill.

Tuesday 31 January 

Proceedings will start at 11.30am on Tuesday, starting with questions to the Foreign Secretary, James Cleverly. 

The main business will be an Opposition Day debate (subject to be announced).

Wednesday 1 February 

The House will sit at 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the Attorney General, Victoria Prentis. 

Prime Minister’s Questions will take place at 12 midday. The main business will be the remaining stages of the UK Infrastructure Bank Bill [HL].

Thursday 2 February 

The House will sit at 9.30am on Thursday, starting with questions to the Cabinet Office.
