On Thursday 26 January, members of the House of Lords debated the Commission on Young Lives' report: 'Hidden in Plain Sight', published on 4 November 2022, and the life chances and educational prospects of vulnerable teenagers.

Debate 

Baroness Armstrong of Hill Top (Labour), trustee and chair of disadvantaged persons charity Changing Lives, put forward the debate. 

This was a general debate. During debates, members put their experience to good use to discuss current issues and draw the government's attention to concerns.
