- blocking of the Lachin Corridor between Armenia and Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh.

Members debateld the key principles and purpose of the Levelling-Up and Regeneration Bill at second reading.

In Grand Committee, members considered regulations on:
- bereavement benefits for widowed parents
- the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019
- pensions appeal tribunals
- the Energy Bill Relief Scheme
- immigration.

Questions
Members questioned the government on:
- financial resources available to the government of Wales
- preserving national parks
- the link between avian influenza and game birds
- Ministry of Defence budget.
Statements
Members questioned the government following statements on:
- the execution of Alireza Akbari
- exercise of section 35 of the Scotland Act 1998 with regard to the Gender Recognition Reform (Scotland) Bill.
Legislation
The main debate of the Stamp Duty Land Tax (Temporary Relief) Bill took place at second reading, followed by all remaining stages.
The Lords continued detailed checks (committee stage) of the National Security Bill.
In Grand Committee, examination of the Energy Bill continued at committee stage.
Motion to regret
The House debated a motion to regret put forward by Lord Snape. The motion relates to penalty fares for those who fail to produce, when required to do so, a ticket allowing them to travel by train.

- the use of artificial intelligence in creative subjects in secondary schools
- introducing an annual vaccination programme for RSV
- early detection of osteoporosis
- the Times Health Commission.
