Bills
Members debate the key principles and purpose of the Lifelong Learning (Higher Education Fee Limits) Bill, the Non-Domestic Rating Bill and the British Nationality (Regularisation of Past Practice) Bill.
Further checks of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill and Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill begin and members will continue detailed check of the Online Safety Bill.

- freedom of speech for speakers addressing Civil Service events
- Horizon Europe
- refuge spaces for domestic abuse survivors.
Legislation
Members are expected to complete all remaining stages of the British Nationality (Regularisation of Past Practice) Bill. Members will also consider Commons changes to the National Security Bill plus further scrutiny of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill begins.
Thursday

Questions
Members will press the government on:
- support for school students with dyslexia or autism
- peace talks between the government of Colombia and the National Liberation Army
- plans for a Holocaust Memorial in Victoria Towers Gardens
- talks between China and the USA.

Members 'tidied up' the Financial Services and Markets Bill and held the main debate of the Lifelong Learning (Higher Education Fee Limits) Bill, the Non-Domestic Rating Bill and the British Nationality (Regularisation of Past Practice) Bill.
Tuesday

The Lords questioned the government on:
- government industrial strategy
- transfer of property between cohabiting siblings and inheritance tax
- multi-role support ships and Type 32 frigates
- safety of school buildings.
Legislation
Members considered Commons changes to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill plus further examination of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill begins.
Statement
Members questioned the government following a statement on stop and search powers.
Regulations

In Grand Committee, work away from the chamber, members debated regulations on:
- building safety
- building safety consequential amendments
- prohibiting some single-use plastic items
- energy companies.
