Private Notice Question
Members quizzed the government following an urgent question on emergency communications systems.
Legislation
The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill returned to the Lords for consideration of Commons changes and members continued further examination of the Northern Ireland Troubles (Legacy and Reconciliation) Bill at report stage.
Statements
The House also quizzed the government following statements on Russia and the introduction of a national targeted lung cancer screening programme.

Members considered House of Commons changes to the Social Housing (Regulation) Bill and Financial Services and Markets Bill and continued report stage of the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill.

- creating Great British Railways
- DEFRA report: Life Cycle Assessment of Disposable and Reusable Nappies in the UK 2023
- arts and humanities studies.
Legislation
Report stage of the Illegal Migration Bill began.
Regulations
In Grand Committee, members considered regulations on:
- relationship and sexuality education in Northern Ireland
- equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres in Northern Ireland
- Republic of Belarus sanctions
- the International Atomic Energy Agency.
Thursday
Questions
Members quizzed the government on:
- pension funds
- the work of the Advanced Research and Innovation Agency
- closing the employment gap between the BAME and white workforce
- impact of corporate profits on inflation.
Debates
The Lords debated the following topics:
- violence against women and girls in the UK
- NHS eating disorder services
- the growth of the UK’s economy and inflation rates.
