- Voter Authority Certificates
- ‘ghost children’ and children persistently absent from school
- fourth question to be confirmed.

Members will continue their detailed check of the Online Safety Bill.
Regulations
Motion to regret
Members will debate a motion to regret fire protection regulations for merchant shipping. Put forward by Baroness Scott of Needham Market, the motion regrets that the draft regulations represent a 20-year delay in the implementation of vital international safety resolutions; and calls on the government to take urgent action to address the backlog of international maritime legislation awaiting implementation.

Away from the chamber in Grand Committee, members will consider regulations on:
- the register of overseas entities
- the Financial Services and Markets Act
- environmental permitting in England and Wales.
Wednesday

Questions
Members will question the government on:
- Climate Change Act 2008: Net Zero Strategy
- the cancellation of the Warrior Capability Sustainment Programme
- migrant housing
- fourth question to be confirmed.
Legislation
Detailed examination of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill continues at committee stage.
Debates
From 1pm
In Grand Committee, members will debate:
- restoring confidence in the police
- the UK’s changing role in the world and its implications for foreign policy.
