Legislation
Members 'tidied up' the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill at third reading and continued line by line check of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill at committee stage.
Regulations

- extraction of information from electronic devices
- environmental permitting
- Energy Bills Discount Scheme.
Tuesday

Members pressed the government for 40 minutes on:
- Trans-Pennine Express cancellations
- Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps
- findings of the Gone Too Far report
- water company plans to increase customer bills to fund investment.
Legislation
The House began detailed checks of the Northern Ireland (Interim Arrangements) Bill and continued line by line checks of the Online Safety Bill.
Motion to regret
Members also debated a 'motion to regret' electronic travel authorisation regulations. Put forward by Baroness Ritchie of Downpatrick, the motion regrets that the draft regulations will impose additional bureaucracy on visitors travelling from Ireland to Northern Ireland.
Wednesday

The House quizzed the government on:
- celebrating the 75th anniversary of Windrush
- impact of VAT on tourist spending
- United Nations report 'Eight Billion Lives, Infinite Possibilities: the case for rights and choices'
- supporting refugees from the conflict in Sudan.

Members pressed the government following a statement on the G7 Summit.
Legislation
Members began line by line examination of the Illegal Migration Bill at committee stage and concluded detailed checks of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill.
Thursday

Members questioned the government on:
- impact of rising food prices on low-income families
- nutrition of free school meals
- prisoner transfers to open conditions
- discontinuing wifi provision for rail passengers.
Legislation
Members continued line by line examination of the Online Safety Bill at committee stage.
Motion to regret
Members debated a 'motion to regret' branded health service medicines regulations. Put forward by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, the motion regrets that the draft regulations risk damaging future investment in the research and development of new drugs for the NHS due to the proposed 27.5% claw back rate.
Debates

In Grand Committee, members held four short debates on:
- additional resources for HM Prison and Probation Service
- protecting woodland cover and controlling grey squirrels
- the relationship with the Overseas Territories
- the use of assistive technology to support those with special educational needs.
