Bills
Line by line check of the Illegal Migration Bill continues and further checks of the Financial Services and Markets Bill begin. The House will also consider Commons changes to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill and Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill.

Members will question the government on:
- data, digital and financial literacy in schools
- improving the rate of home ownership using modular construction techniques
- withdrawing the C-130J Hercules aircraft
- the COVID-19 inquiry.
Legislation
Members will consider House of Commons changes to the Strikes (Minimum Service Levels) Bill and continue further checks of the Financial Services and Markets Bill.

- purchase of GP surgeries by US owned private companies
- effects of sodium valproate taken during pregnancy
- NHS targets for cancer patients.
Legislation
Members continued detailed checks of the Illegal Migration Bill at committee stage.
Regulations
The House considered a 'motion to regret' NHS dental charges reguations. Put forward by Lord Hunt of Kings Heath, the motion regrets the 8.5 per cent increase to dental patient fees.

- pet passports
- the Strategic Highways Company

- Northern Ireland non-jury trial provisions

- baby-changing facilities
- European Court of Human Rights interim measures
- Scottish expenditure on reserved matters
- unrest in northern Kosovo.
Legislation
The Lords considered House of Commons amendments to the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Bill and began further checks of the Financial Services and Markets Bill.
Wednesday

Members pressed the government on:
- supporting small businesses in working towards net zero
- increasing use of water from sources in Wales for South East England
- target to build 300,000 new homes a year
- improving passport control systems.
Legislation
The House continued line by line examination of the Illegal Migration Bill.
Debates

In Grand Committee, members held debates on:
- the Environment and Climate Change Committee report, 'In our hands: behaviour change for climate and environmental goals'
- the Science and Technology Committee report: 'Science and technology superpower: more than a slogan?'
Statement
