Here is an overview of debates scheduled in the Commons Chamber over the coming week. 

This business was announced in the Commons Chamber by the Leader of the House of Commons, Penny Mordaunt MP, on Thursday 16 November. It is possible that changes will be made to the schedule of business throughout the week. Any changes will be reflected in What's On in Parliament.

Monday 20 November 

The House will sit at 2.30pm, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Defence, Grant Shapps. 

The main business will be the remaining stages of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill.

Tuesday 21 November 

Proceedings will start at 11.30am on Tuesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Justice, Alex Chalk. 

The main business will be the second reading of the Media Bill.

Wednesday 22 November 

The House will sit at 11.30am on Wednesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Chris Heaton-Harris.

  • Debate on the Autumn Statement
