Here is an overview of debates scheduled in the Commons Chamber over the coming week. Monday 23 October  

The House will sit at 2.30pm, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Education, Gillian Keegan. 

The main business will be the second reading of the Renters (Reform) Bill.

Tuesday 24 October  

Proceedings will start at 11.30am on Tuesday, starting with questions to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, James Cleverly. 

The main business will be: 

  • Motion to approve the Draft Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Removal of Prisoners for Deportation) Order 2023. 
  • Consideration of Lords message on the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill. 
  • Debate on the Fourth Report of the Procedure Committee, on correcting the record.
