On Tuesday 3 September, members of the House of Lords debated the first report of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry, which is chaired by Baroness Hallett.

The inquiry's Module 1 report: The resilience and preparedness of the United Kingdom, was published and presented to Parliament on 18 July 2024.
