- Baroness McIntosh of Pickering (Conservative), director of Anne McIntosh Consulting Limited, which provides strategic advice on food, farming and the environment.
Baroness Hayman of Ullock (Labour), Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, will respond on behalf of the government.
