New Members of Parliament elected in by-elections

Two new Members of Parliament were elected to the House of Commons at by-elections held on Thursday 15 February 2024.
Wellingborough by-election
Gen Kitchen of the Labour Party was elected as the new Member of Parliament for Wellingborough in the by-election held in that constituency on Thursday 15 February.
The previous MP was Peter Bone. A by-election was called following a petition under the Recall of MPs Act, with results being announced on 19 December 2023.
Kingswood by-election
Damien Egan of the Labour Party was elected the new Member of Parliament for Kingswood in the by-election held in that constituency on Thursday 15 February.
The by-election was called following the resignation of Chris Skidmore on 8 January 2024.
