Lords debates Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill

Members of the House of Lords discussed the key objectives of the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill at its second reading on Tuesday 30 July.
The Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill aims to provide the Bank of England with more flexibility in how it manages the failure of small banks.
