Offshore Petroleum Licensing Bill debated in the Lords

Members of the House of Lords discussed the key principles of the Offshore Petroleum Licensing Bill in second reading on Tuesday 26 March.
The Offshore Petroleum Licensing Bill will require the oil and gas regulator to hold annual licensing rounds for offshore petroleum production.
