Questions

This week members question the government on alternatives to animal-testing, prison officer pensions, special needs education, accessibility of point-of-sale payment devices, and childcare funding. 

Bills

The Lords begins consideration of Commons amendments to the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill. Members also begin line by line examination of the Economic Activity of Public Bodies (Overseas Matters) Bill and the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill.

Debates

The Spring Budget, local government finances, and the role of sporting bodies in aiding 'sportswashing' practices are all on the agenda in Lords debates.

Orders and regulations

Members will debate regulations on election expenses and exclusions, plus a 'motion to regret' the regulations put forward by Lord Rennard

Later, the Lords will also debate regulations to add Georgia and India to the list of safe States in the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002, and a motion to regret the regulations from Lord German.
