Questions
This week members question the government on domestic violence, extending UK visas for Ukrainians, prosecutions relating to the TV licence, installation targets for heat pumps, and a military national service.
Bills
The Lords continues making changes to the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill at report stage from Monday.
Debates
The UK's position on foreign affairs, the contribution of higher education to national growth, local regeneration, and International Women's Day are all on the agenda in Lords debates.
Committees
- The Industry and Regulators Committee continues its inquiry into the regulation of property agents.
- The Justice and Home Affairs Committee hears from Tony Smith CBE,
chairman at International Border Management and Technologies Association, as part of its inquiry into electronic border management systems. - The Economic Affairs Committee questions Joseph Stiglitz, professor at Columbia University, as part of its inquiry into the sustainability of UK national debt.

- support for victims of the Post Office Horizon scandal.
Legislation
Members made further changes to the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill at report stage.
Tuesday

Members quizzed the government on:
- TV licence prosecutions
- safety of mental health patients
- pension payments for war widows
- reforming police recruitment.
Statement
Members also pressed the government following a statement on the Angiolini Inquiry.
Debates
Over 60 members took part in a wide-ranging debate on the UK's position on foreign affairs.

- waste enforcement
- packaging waste
- electricity supplier obligations

- benefits of leaving the EU
- recognising the work of criminal jurors
- reports from the former Independent Chief Inspector of Borders and Immigration.

Members continued making changes to the Safety of Rwanda (Asylum and Immigration) Bill at report stage.
Thursday
From 11am
Questions
Members pressed the government on:
- military national service
- traffic on the parliamentary estate
- public health and the environment
- Zimbabwe sanctions.
Debates
The contribution of higher education to national growth and local regeneration of former industrial areas were both in the spotlight in Lords debates.
Friday
From 10am
Members marked International Women's Day, debating the steps taken to promote the economic inclusion of women.
