This week members return to the chamber to quiz the government on junior police cadet schemes, regulation of newly qualified young drivers, bus emissions, domestic abuse, the BBC World Service, and voter registration.

Members 'tidy up' the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill and Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Bill. Plus, the key principles of the Football Governance Bill are up for debate.
Debates
The Autumn Budget, House of Lords reform, renewable energy costs, and the 'Universities UK' report recommendations are all on the agenda.

- As part of its inquiry into economic inactivity, the Economic Affairs Committee speaks to experts from the Policy Exchange and the Centre for Social Justice.

- Home School Education Registration and Support Bill
- Listed Investment Companies (Classification etc) Bill.

- effectiveness of BBC World Service
- prisoner early release scheme.
Statements
Members quizzed the government following statements on winter fuel payments and the Chagos Islands.
Debates
Renewable energy costs, the impact of the Budget on arts, heritage and cultural organisations, and recommendations in the Universities UK report were all on the agenda in Lords debates.
