This week members quiz the government on the success of Team GB at the Olympic and Paralympic Games, strengthening Scotland's position within the UK, access to Pension Credit, public services funding in Wales, and accommodation for traveller communities.
Bills
Members examine the Water (Special Measures) Bill at committee stage and continue to check and change the Bank Resolution (Recapitalisation) Bill, Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Bill, and Crown Estate Bill. Plus, 'tidy up' of the Arbitration Bill.
Debates
The government's assessment of the threat from Hezbollah to the UK is on the agenda.

- The Science and Technology Committee hosts Peter Kyle MP, Secretary of State for Science, Innovation and Technology
- The Economic Affairs Committee speaks to experts at the Office for Budget Responsibility as part of its inquiry on economic inactivity, focusing on welfare and long-term sickness.

Tuesday

Questions
The Lords questioned the government on:
- early years educational attainment gap
- accurate and consistent data on sex and gender
- public services funding in Wales
- health-related benefit claims.
Urgent question
Members also pressed the government following an urgent question on implications of the Budget for farmers.
Statement
Members quizzed the government on higher education reform.
Legislation
The House of Lords made further changes to the Crown Estate Bill.
Debates
The government's assessment of the threat from Hezbollah to the UK was on the agenda.
Orders and regulations
From 3.45pm in Grand Committee, work away from the chamber, members considered regulations on:
- renewable transport fuel obligations
- franchising schemes
- animal welfare (livestock exports)
- Ivory Act 2018.
Wednesday
From 11am
Questions
The House of Lords questioned the government on:
- accommodation for traveller communities
- 'Safeguarding the Union' command paper
- biodiversity net gain provisions
- declining birth rate.
Legislation
Further checks on the Passenger Railway Services (Public Ownership) Bill and a 'tidy up' of the Arbitration Bill.
