Bus Services Bill debated in the Lords

Members of the House of Lords discussed the main objectives of the Bus Services (No. 2) Bill at second reading on Wednesday 8 January.
The Bus Services (No. 2) Bill aims to give local authorities control over routes, timetables, connections and fares.
