Energy inquiry hears from Minister

Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee concludes its short inquiry into energy efficiency and fuel poverty at 4.30pm. The Committee takes evidence from representatives from Consumer Focus, the new statutory organisation campaigning for a fair deal for consumers in England, Wales and Scotland, and from Joan Ruddock, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, at the Department of Energy and Climate Change.
