Lords Committee hears from Minister

The House of Lords EU Environment and Agriculture Sub-Committee hears evidence from Huw Irranca-Davies, Minister for the Natural and Marine Environment, Wildlife and Rural Affairs, from 11 am
The Committee will ask the Minister about the Total Allowable Catches (TACS) and Quotas for 2009, and the draft Plant Protection Products Regulation.
