Joint Committee hears from Jack Straw

Jack Straw, Secretary of State for Justice, and Michael Wills, Minister of State, Ministry of Justice, appear before the Joint Committee on Human Rights from 1.45pm in an evidence session that looks at a UK Bill of Rights and the work of the Human Rights Minister.
