House of Commons approves motions reforming the administration of MPs' allowances
Changes debated and approved by the House include:
- a new publication scheme for information relating to Members' expenditure
- an updated version of the Green Book, the official guidance on MPs' expenditure
- new arrangements for the audit and assurance of Members' allowances
- the creation of the Committee on Members' Allowances
