Science question time

The Innovation, Universities, Science and Skills Committee holds its first science question time with the Minister of State for Science and Innovation, Lord Drayson, Department for Innovation, Universities and Skills, from 4.15 pm

The Committee first hears evidence from Lord Drayson for its new inquiry into putting science and engineering at the heart of government policy, which starts at 4.15 pm. The Minister will then answer questions on the impact of the economic downturn on the UK's STEM base, responsive mode funding formats across the Research Councils and innovation as part of the science question time, from 5.15 pm.
