Committee holds legislation evidence session

The House of Lords Constitution Committee holds the first evidence session at 10.45am of its inquiry into constitutional issues that may arise when there is resort to emergency legislation
Evidence will be heard from Dr Ruth Fox, Director, Parliament and Government Programme, Hansard Society and Sir John Chilcot, Better Government Initiative.
