Minister speaks to Lords EU Committee

The House of Lords European Union Internal Market Sub-Committee takes evidence from Jim Fitzpatrick, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Department for Transport, from 4.05pm.
The Committee will hear evidence from the Minister on the Single European Skies II initiative and other transport issues.
