Improving health and safety of pregnant workers

The House of Lords European Union Social Policy and Consumer Affairs Sub-Committee hears from Pat McFadden MP, Minister for Employment Relations and Postal Affairs, at the Department for Business Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, from 9.40am.

The Minister will be giving evidence on the proposal for a Directive on the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health at work of pregnant workers and workers who have recently given birth or are breastfeeding.
