Jesse Jackson speaks to Home Affairs Committee

The Reverend Jesse Jackson, the former US Presidential candidate and Chairman of the Rainbow/Push Coalition, gives formal evidence to the Home Affairs Select Committee. The evidence session starts at 2.30pm.

Reverend Jackson will be questioned by Members as the Committee concludes its inquiry into Knife Crime and opens its inquiry into Drugs.

Rt Hon Keith Vaz MP, Chairman of the Committee said:

"Reverend Jesse Jackson has a unique understanding of the issues of knife crime and drugs and how these two issues affect urban youth in the USA. He will be telling the Committee of his views on how the USA can give us a better understanding as to how to deal with these issues."
